Accounting firms need to focus on talent management, says ICPAS

Following a survey of SMU, NUS and NTU accountancy undergraduates by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, ICPAS concluded that accounting firms in Singapore need to focus more on talent management schemes and boost their training budgets to attract and retain such talent.
