SMU School of Social Sciences Assistant Professor of Philosophy (Education) and founder of Logic Mills Mark Nowacki was interviewed for an article which looked at the possible reasons why some kids are not doing as well as they should in school. He explained that sometimes a child does not answer because there is no initiative given to them to provide the right answer, or that they are bored, or even that the material is presented in a boring way. Along with other experts, Assistant Prof Nowacki also highlighted the different types of learning personalities and suggested ways to help.
