SMU Assistant Professor of Arts and Culture Management Hoe Su Fern will be holding a talk – Critical Conversation: ‘Art Spaces and Creative Clusters in Singapore’ – on the 4th June 2019 at the University of London. The talk is being organised as part of a series of events that are conducted to explore and allow the exchange of ideas on areas such as culture, policy and management.
