SMU Associate Professor of Science, Technology, and Society Winston Chow, who is a lead author of an upcoming report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, explained the climate change issue. He compared climate change with Singapore football, and explained how things are tough and difficult to solve and requires all Singaporeans to be aligned in the fight against climate change.
