Qualtrics Academic Research Services Introduction
The Qualtrics XM Platform is used by all of the global top 100 business schools and over 3,000 institutions globally. Every staff member & student of the Singapore Management University has access to this platform.
The Research Services team is an additional support team available through your Qualtrics license. We take that powerful technology and supplement it with the support you need to complete your research. We have a seasoned team available to consult with you on best practices, sampling methodologies, and survey design. Not all research is designed equally, and we understand that academic research has unique requirements – from ethics approval processes to unique study types, we can customise an approach to meet your research needs. Mallory Colys will be taking the time to walk through how to access and use the platform, walking through the various capabilities as well as sharing how you can leverage the Research Services team across your research.
