SMU Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology, and Organisational Behaviour and Human Resources graduate Lim Sue Ann said: "Every one (of my friends) found a job within six months. The main challenge of job hunting was finding a job that was a good fit. I wanted a balance between what interests me and putting my degree to good use." She was offered a management associate job with The Learning Lab enrichment centre two weeks after applying, and three months before she graduated.
